TRUSSVILLE — An overturned vehicle on Interstate 59 northbound just past the Interstate 459 exchange in Trussville has brought traffic to a standstill Tuesday evening.
According to the Alabama Department of Transportation, the accident occurred at 5:49 p.m. Both northbound lanes and the northbound shoulder are closed to traffic. The exact location is at the 137.3 milepost.
Emergency crews are on the scene. It is not known if there are any injuries at this time.
