LEEDS – The Outlet Shops of Grand River in Leeds has announced the Grand RiverFest fall event, scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 9, 2022, from 12 p.m. until 5 p.m., in the front parking lot of the mall. This one-day festival marketplace will host arts, crafts, food trucks, balloon art, face painting, a bounce house, fashion and so much more.
Zone Mobile Entertainment Gaming Theater, from Huntsville, will be a new addition to the festival. This 50-foot gaming truck will provide kid-friendly games such as Mario Kart, Madden, NBA 2K, Fortnight, Minecraft, Just Dance and many more.
Children attending the event will also have the opportunity to meet Spider-Man and several Enchanted Princesses, such as Tiana, Anna and Mirabel. The Mad Hatter will also be present, performing some balloon twisting for the children.
Admission to Grand RiverFest is free, and festival-goers will be able to enjoy more than 60 vendors representing categories like artwork, candles, clothing & accessories, gifts, jewelry and more. There will also be a wide variety of food trucks, as well as a new tent area where people can sit, relax, and enjoy all the delicious food and snacks.
Adopt-A-Golden Birmingham will be at the festival with some furry friends, just waiting for their forever home.
While you are at Grand River, be sure to stop in The Backyard to enjoy an original brew from Neighbors Brew & Pies and a round of mini golf, along with other fun activities for the family to enjoy
