TRUSSVILLE — St. Vincent’s Trussville has a new landlord, according to the Birmingham Business Journal.
The facility is located at 7201 Happy Hollow Road just off of Deerfoot Parkway in Trussville and recently sold, the BBJ reported. The former owner, Happy Hollow Medical Properties, sold the building to Happy Hollow RIK MP LLC for $11.89 million. Capitol One will provide $8.79 million to finance the deal.
St. Vincent’s opened the outpatient and diagnostic facility in 2017. Also offered at the location is after-hours care through a partnership with Northside Medical Associates, diagnostics and physical therapy.
Occupancy in the building expanded quickly following the opening and is now home to several doctors offering a wide variety of specialties including Andrews Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center.
The new owner, Happy Hollow RIK MP, lists its address care of Remedy Medical Properties Inc., the BBJ reported. Remedy has extensive medical facility holdings. According to the company website, Remedy has acquired more than $7 billion worth of medical property since 2012 and owns and manages 22.8 million square feet. The company sees substantial growth potential in the area of outpatient services.
