TRUSSVILLE — Magnolia Elementary School recently received a generous donation.
Cathy Peters and Susan Conway, officers in the Trussville Literary Club, have presented a $450 donation in an effort to support reading and literacy at the local school.

The local organization’s support will benefit the Magnolia Elementary library. These funds, according to the club, will be used to purchase new books, which will be enjoyed by students and teachers for years to come.
Magnolia operates under Trussville City Schools, offering classes for students in kindergarten through fifth grade.
