OXFORD — Two Oxford men are facing charges after investigators said they looted a woman’s home after it was destroyed in the March 25 tornado, in Calhoun County.
Tyler Andrew Vincent, 34, and Derrick Vincent, 72, both of Oxford, were charged with looting – state of emergency.
According to court documents, the two entered the property on Wednesday, April 14, and removed items.
The two were arrested on the same day and booked into the Calhoun County Jail on bonds of $7,500 each. They have a preliminary hearing scheduled for May 20, at 3 p.m
