TARRANT — Two people were found shot and killed in Tarrant on Friday, March 26, 2021.
The Jefferson County Coroner identified the two victims as India Zippora Collins, 26, of Tarrant, and DeAngelo Carter, 32, also of Tarrant.
Their bodies were found in the 1600 block of Hatchett Avenue, around 6:41 a.m., although it is unclear when they were shot.
