It all started with Josh Vernon. He began his real estate career in 2010. After working in the banking industry for almost 10 years, he decided to take on a new challenge. With the help and support of his amazing wife, Natalie, he started a new adventure in real estate. He remembers a lot of long days and late nights in the beginning. He even tells a story where he drove 30 miles through the snow just to make sure that his clients got the house of their dreams!
From the very beginning, he made the decision to be committed to doing the work needed to be successful and put his clients needs first!
After many years of experience, Josh has learned many things! Every year of his real estate journey has brought a new lesson. From navigating the unique nature of the 2010 market with more foreclosures than traditional sellers, to assisting his clients through the challenges of buying and selling during the COVID pandemic, he has learned a lot about himself and the real estate business.
Josh shared that the most important thing he has learned is that hard work and integrity trump everything else! He emphasized that no matter what the current market looks like, agents who put their clients’ needs first will always be successful.
He also learned that everything in life is better with a friend there to hold you accountable and push you to be better. In 2014 his friend, Jamey Reynolds, joined him as a business partner and the “Josh Vernon Group” was born.
Together, Josh and Jamey have worked to develop a group of real estate experts. They currently have 15 agents who are passionate about serving the Trussville area. Their team has proven systems in place that insure smooth and successful real estate transactions.
