MARGARET — The Margaret Lions Club is hosting an information session for people interested in making a difference in the community.
“We want to share the great things we’re doing in the community, and let others know how they can help,” said Pedro Pino.
The Margaret Lions Club has served the community for five years by holding blood drives, hosting vision screenings and hosting BackPack Buddies food drives.
“Our club gives members an opportunity to advance worthy causes, serve with friends, and become leaders in the community,” Pino said. “This club means a lot to our Lions, but it means so much more to the people we serve.”
The information session will be on Thursday, Nov. 19, 2020, at 7 p.m., at Margaret Mexican Restaurant located at 183 County Road 12, in Margaret.
