ATMORE, Ala. — The Alabama Department of Corrections Investigations and Intelligence Division announced the death of an inmate at William C. Holman Correctional Facility on Friday, Oct. 18, 2019.
Ricky Gilliand, 46, of Vinemont, was found dead in his cell around 5:05 a.m., according to a press release.
Law enforcement agents said no foul play is suspected. The cause of death will be determined by autopsy results.
