Grace Olmstead Gregory of Birmingham passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 8, at the age of 88.
Born in Pawhatan Courthouse, Virginia, she is predeceased by her husband of almost 67 years, Todd Robins Gregory. She is survived by three children, Todd R. Gregory, Jr. of Bradford, New Hampshire, Brad Allen Gregory of Hernando, Mississippi, Jeff Frazier Gregory of Portland, Maine, and their spouses. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
Gregory graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in Richmond, Virginia. Along with her husband, she was a long time member of South Roebuck Baptist Church in Birmingham where for many years she worked in the nursery.
Visitation will be held at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home in Trussville on Thursday, Oct. 10, from 5 -7 p.m. followed by a celebration of her life service on Friday, Oct. 11, at 11 a.m. at South Roebuck Baptist Church in Birmingham.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Fairhaven Methodist Homes/ SCALF at 1424 Montclair Rd, Birmingham, Alabama, 35210.
