From The Trussville Tribune staff reports
TRUSSVILLE — The Downtown Trussville Merchants Association is now accepting applications from artists who wish to participate in the Downtown Trussville Art Festival on Sept. 14, 2019. The association said it listened to vendors and made improvements to the festival. Several changes are:
- FREE booth space
- New date and time
- New location
- More publicity
This year, accepted vendors will receive a FREE 10′ x 10′ booth space. Each vendor will be responsible for bringing a 10′ x 10′ size tent (white preferred) and tables for your space.
The date of the event has been moved to Sept. 14, 2019, at 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the field located at the Holy Cross Episcopal Church at 90 Parkway Drive, Trussville, AL 35173. This will allow us to continue to grow and become a yearly event and a destination for the local arts community to display and sell their work.
The Downtown Trussville Merchants Association has been actively promoting the Art Festival with local art communities surrounding the Birmingham and Jefferson County communities via Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/ groups/tdmaartfestival/.
