BIRMINGHAM — There is a high chance for rain and storms in Alabama this afternoon and again this evening.
According to the National Weather Service in Birmingham, the best chances will be along and south of the Interstate 20 corridor. We can expect a break in the clouds around sunset, then more showers and storms are possible after 10 p.m.
The chance of rain and thunderstorms will stick around for Friday and throughout the weekend.
