TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (AP) — An Alabama woman has been accused of sexually torturing a man who had fallen unconscious under the date-rape drug GHB.
News outlets reported 36-year-old Jennifer Marie Johnson has been charged with sexual torture and abuse. According to court documents filed Thursday, Johnson was pulled over in May and suspected of driving a stolen car.
The documents said officers searched her phone and found videos that showed Johnson laughing and sexually assaulting the man, who was bound with duct tape around his mouth, ankles and wrists.
Investigators determined the video was recorded in March and interviewed the victim, who was unconscious throughout the attack. They said investigators then learned the man was on GHB, which can cause users to black out.
She was already jailed on stolen property charges when charged in the assault.
