BIRMINGHAM — The Birmingham Police Department identified a victim in an early-morning shooting on Tuesday, May 28, 2019.
Victor Colin, 19, of Birmingham, was found dead in the 2500 block of Bush Boulevard. Shot Spotter alerted police to the area at 6:29 a.m. Detectives concluded the victim was chased from the 2500 block of Pike Road when he was shot.
No suspects are in custody.
