IDAHO — WIAT has reported that authorities in Idaho have come across new evidence in the case of a mother missing from Colorado. It is believed by authorities that the mother was murdered by her fiancé Patrick Frazee. A search warrant was executed in Twin Falls, Idaho, after the FBI made contact with investigators.
District Attorney Dan May has implied that the killing was not spontaneous and suggested that it may have involved more than one person.
“It is a crime to solicit somebody to commit another crime,” May said. “You don’t necessarily have to complete it to have a solicitation charge, but you have to show firmness of what you intended to do.”
So far, evidence has led investigators to believe that Kelsey Berreth was murdered on Thanksgiving after going on a shopping trip to a local grocery store, according to WIAT.
WIAT reported that Berreth’s fiancé, 32-year-old Patrick Frazee, has been charged with first degree murder and solicitation to commit first degree murder.
