BIRMINGHAM –Police in Birmingham are investigating two different shootings on Monday night that left two people dead and two children wounded.
At 9 p.m., officers found two people dead after a shooting in the 1200 block of 12th Avenue North, according to WIAT.
In the Roosevelt area, a shooting took place in the 5000 block of Sugar Ray Drive, an 8-year-old and a 16-year-old were wounded in a separate shooting. Their condition is not known at this time.
