Some isolated severe storms are possible across Jefferson County and over parts of St. Clair County Saturday evening, according to the National Weather Service.

According to the NWS, “An isolated severe wind gust of up to 60 mph will be possible late this afternoon and into this evening for northwestern portions of Central Alabama as a cold front moves southeastward through the region.”
A freeze watch has also been issued for all of central Alabama for Sunday night into Monday morning.
