TRUSSVILLE –According to Trussville Police Chief Jeff Bridges, a Trussville man has been arrested on two warrants for two separate victims in the alleged peeping tom incident at The Pants Store in Trussville, one to each victim for criminal surveillance.
Matthew David Piell is charged with two counts of criminal surveillance.
Matthew David Piell, a 43-year-old white male from Trussville, has been charged in the incident.
“The defendant turned himself in last night (Wednesday).” Bridges said. “He bonded out shortly after.”
The court date for Piell is set for 4 p.m. on March 15.
