From The Trussville Tribune Staff Reports
With golf being a popular Labor Day Weekend activity, golfers at Robert Trent Jones golf trails around the state can golf for a good cause.
From September3-5, the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail will donate $10 of every round of golf with cart and green fees paid to the American Red Cross.
“Louisiana golfers have played the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail since it opened nearly 25 years ago and now Louisiana needs our help,” said John Cannon, president of the RTJ Golf Trail. “We hope this Labor Day Weekend charitable promotion will provide financial relief to Louisiana residents in need.”
Tee times should be made prior to Labor Day Weekend. All 11 sites will also be accepting monetary donations over the weekend.
