TRUSSVILLE – A Trussville man is being held at the Jefferson County Jail on eight charges after his arrest this week.

Brian Wayne Ray, 54, was arrested on Wednesday on child pornography charges according to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office. His bond totals $600,800.
Ray is charged with four counts of distribution of obscene material and two counts of possession of obscene material with intent to distribute. Arrest records reflect that some photographs were of a child less than 17-years-old.
The case is still under investigation.
