MONTGOMERY – Recent Clay-Chalkville High School graduate Christian Crawford opened the Alabama House of Representatives session this afternoon with prayer. During the past two weeks, Crawford has drawn attention worldwide for his spontaneous prayer during a medical emergency at Clay-Chalkville’s graduation. Over 1.2 million YouTube viewers have seen a video clip of the prayer taken from the Trussville Tribune’s live streaming of the ceremony, and Crawford has appeared on local, as well as national, news shows.
