A lot of people don’t understand the importance of good posture and that it’s a window into your health.
We know that if we can adjust your spine into a healthy posture, and teach you how to keep it there, you will be healthy. Good posture helps your body improve its oxygen flow. Cancer, viruses and bacteria don’t thrive in an oxygen environment. Just try slouching and taking a deep breath and then sitting up straight and taking a deep breath. If you do that, you will see the difference in how you can breathe much better with better, erect posture.
Think of an engine. It needs the right oil, according to the manufacturer’s schedule, to run effectively. Our bodies are the same way. It’s a good idea to take in omega 3, flax oil each day because it provides the precursors for cellular membrane function. It’s ideal to take one tablespoon of flax oil per 100 pounds of your weight. Some other benefits of omega 3 fats are help with preventing heart disease, ADHD, Alzheimer’s, body pains, depression and digestive issues. If you’re wondering if you need omega 3 flax oil, a quick test you can do is to squeeze your wrist. If it feels squishy instead of boney, that could be a sign you need omega 3 flax oil.
Lastly, try to limit the amount of food or food substances that are artificial or a substitute. Sugars, grains and stress cause our bodies to be acidic or unhealthy. Veggies or fruits allow our bodies to be more alkaline. We already put enough stress on our overworked liver with all the chemicals and artificial substances it has to process daily.
Try to eat as many organic foods as possible because they are, by U.S. federal law, not supposed to have any genetically modified ingredients in them. It makes sense that the closer the things we put into our bodies are in their natural, God-given state, the better. Remember, in the Word of God, it talks about eating seed-bearing plants.
