TRUSSVILLE — The court case for a Birmingham man charged in connection with the gaming operation that was busted in Trussville on July 25 as been continued.
The case of Andrew James Grundy, 33, of Birmingham was continued until Dec. 17 at 4 p.m. in Trussville Municipal Court.
Grundy was originally set to face Trussville Municipal Court Judge Carl Chamblee on Wednesday, Oct. 15.
Grundy is charged with possession of a gambling device, a Class A misdemeanor.
Trussville police on July 25 busted a gaming operation at 108 Morrow Ave. in Trussville, after getting a call about a robbery in progress. After obtaining a search warrant, officers found 25 gaming machines in operation, one employee and two customers. The machines were seized, loaded onto wreckers and impounded.
