TRUSSVILLE — Eleven people have applied for the soon-to-be-open Trussville City Board of Education seat, according to Trussville Mayor Gene Melton.
Applications can be sent in before close of business today, Oct. 10.
Melton said the Trussville City Council wants to choose Danny Garrett’s replacement “quickly.”
Melton didn’t disclose the names of the 11 who have applied for the position.
