TRUSSVILLE — An overturned truck at the 141 exit of Interstate 59 has traffic blocked as officials work to clear the wreckage.
Traffic was backed up and vehicles are being diverted. It’s not known if there were any injuries.
While the truck was driving south at the time of the accident, wreckage was in the northbound and southbound lanes.
Witnesses said the cab became separated from the trailer and came to rest several feet north of the trailer, which was on its side under the Chalkville Mountain Road overpass.
