Officers seized evidence of drug distribution, two handguns, one rifle, methamphetamines, fentanyl, heroin, Marijuana, other hallucinogens, and US Currency.
“I am very appreciative of the actions of our officers and investigators,” Chief Paul Irwin said. “We have a great team of officers in the City of Leeds, and they are taking action every day to make Leeds a safer community. I would like to thank the Jefferson County Vice Narcotics Unit for assisting us on serving this warrant on someone who poses a threat to law enforcement and the community. This area has been infested with the sale of dangerous drugs, and we are going to do everything we can to remove these persons from the community. We appreciate any information the public can provide about persons are selling dangerous drugs. We have a partnership with many local, state, and federal agencies who have and will address any concern at or near the City of Leeds.”
Authorities ask anyone who has any information to call the Leeds Police Department at (205)699-2581.
