TALLADEGA COUNTY — A single-vehicle crash claimed a Sylacauga man’s life on Thursday, April 14, at approximately 5:21 p.m.
According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA), William E. White, 48, was fatally injured when the 2003 Ford Crown Victoria he was driving left the roadway and struck a tree. White was not using a seat belt at the time of the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash occurred on Sylacauga Fayetteville Highway, approximately two miles west of Sylacauga, in Talladega County.
Nothing further is available as Troopers with the ALEA Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate
