LAWRENCE COUNTY — Alabama State Troopers report that a Double Springs woman died when the tractor-trailer she was driving crashed.
Olivia J. Johnson, 47, was injured when the 2007 Freightliner she was driving went off-road and struck a tree. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Corporal Reginal King stated the incident happened around 10:13 p.m. Tuesday on Alabama Highway 33 near the 15 mile marker, about 10 miles south of Moulton.
Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
