TRUSSVILLE — The Trussville Fire Department battled a house fire on Monday, March 28, around 4:20 p.m.
According to Trussville Fire Chief Tim Shotts, firefighters got a call to a house fire at Carrington Lake Parkway and Ledge Circle. The fire appears to have started in an upstairs bedroom, but the cause is unknown at this time.
“It’s gonna require some renovation work, but not a total loss at all,” Shotts said.
The fire has been extinguished. No one was in residence at the time of the fire, and no injuries were reported.
The Trussville Fire Marshall is investigating the cause of the fire.
