TRUSSVILLE — Homestead Village Shopping Center, in Trussville, was recently sold as part of a $25.5 million deal.
The Birmingham Business Journal reports Ohio-based Select Strategies Realty and McDonald Group Inc., in Birmingham, purchased the 106,606 square-feet development.
Homestead Village was developed by Blackwater Resources and opened in 2017. It is currently home to Aldi, Panera Bread, Kirklands, Petco, Ulta, Five Below, Home Goods, and more.
The BBJ said the development “drew significant interest from buyers across the country.”
