TRUSSVILLE — The city of Trussville’s Freedom Celebration will be on Sunday, July 4, on the mall in downtown Trussville, from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m.
There will be live entertainment, including “Act of Congress” at 8 p.m., along with DJ Platinum.
Food trucks planning to be there starting at 5:30 p.m. include Wasabi Juan, Southland BBQ, Pazzo Big Slice Pizza, Rae Rae’s Catering, Eugene’s Hot Chicken, Hyderbad, El Compa, Heavenly Donuts, Bendy’s Cookies and Cream, Frio’s Gourmet Pops, Kona Ice, Pazzo Popcicle Truck, Rita’s Lemonade and City Bowls.
The fireworks show will begin at approximately 9 p.m.
Alcohol is not allowed at the event.
