TRUSSVILLE — The owner of Baumhower’s Victory Grille confirmed he is looking to bring a restaurant to Trussville.
Bob Baumhower said he is still working on an exact location for a new store but his plan is to build a new building somewhere in the city.
“I’ve been a big fan of Trussville for a long time,” Baumhower said. “I’ve got a lot of buddies that live there so I know it’s a great community.”
The All-American from the University of Alabama and six-time All-Pro for the Miami Dolphins said the city of Trussville is the perfect location for another Baumhower’s Victory Grille.
“We’re really excited about being there,” Baumhower said. “We are a real family-friendly concept so it’s a good fit for us if we can make it work.”
Although there is no start date for construction, the build will take around six months to complete once it is started. The design will be the same concept as new stores in Huntsville and Vestavia Hills.
“We have a nice building design that we’re real happy with and we would use the same design in Trussville,” Baumhower continued.
The restaurant will initially employ between 90 and 100 people.
