Nancy L. Bell passed peacefully in her home in Alabaster, AL on April 17, 2021 surrounded by her long time devoted companion Gregg Alley, and her two daughters after a long fought battle with ovarian cancer.
She was the beloved mother of Laura Greenberg (Mark, dec.), Sharon Strickland (Todd), and Christine Everett (dec.). Cherished Mimi to Jacob (Maura), Karri (Paul), Finnegan, Ryder, Alyssa, and Clayton. Great grandmother of Olivia, Natalie, Juliet, and Nolan. Daughter of the late JB Franklin and Louise Walters Mason. Dear sister to the late Sandra Franklin. Remembered by her Aunt Jean Lemox and various cousins.
Nancy was known as a beautiful, fun loving, vivacious lady and always full of life. She was happiest with a fishing pole, being beach side, or being surrounded by those she loved.
Her life was celebrated with a graveside service held at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home 1591 Gadsden Hwy, Birmingham, AL 35235 on Wednesday April 21st from 12 noon until 1:30 p.m.
