HOOVER — The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) is asking for the public’s help in a fatal hit and run incident that happened on Interstate 459.
Troopers said the crash happened on Saturday, Feb. 6, 2021, between 10 p.m. and midnight, near the 17 mile marker, one mile north of Hoover.
Blake Berry, Jr., 32, of Hoover, was killed when he was struck by a vehicle. The vehicle left the scene of the crash and Berry was pronounced dead on the scene.
Troopers with ALEA’s Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
