PINSON — The Pinson Valley football program on Tuesday posted a highlight video of its quarterfinal victory over top-ranked Oxford last Friday night.
Spanning slightly more than five minutes in length, the video provides fans an inside look at the Indians’ dominant 34-2 home win, including a pregame speech from head coach Sam Shade.
Following last week’s win, the first-time head coach has No. 3 Pinson Valley (10-2) locked in for a semifinal bout with second-ranked Mountain Brook (12-1) this Friday night at Willie Adams Stadium, where the Tribe is 5-1 on the year.
Pinson Valley is 0-2 all-time against Mountain Brook, with their last meeting coming in 2001.
