TRUSSVILLE — Steve Serra Automotive Group dealerships are offering free car sanitizing to anyone who brings their car in. This week, the Trussville Police Department is taking advantage of the service.
There is no charge and the sanitizing only takes a few minutes, for anyone who wants to drop in. Trussville’s officers are taking turns getting their vehicles sanitized in order to protect them from coronavirus. Among other essential workers, officers are often on the front lines in communities. It’s a job that doesn’t allow for days off and that’s why the Steve Serra Automotive Group wants to do all they can.
“We are happy to help any way we can,” said Serra Toyota General Manager John McDonald. “We definitely want to help our first responders.”

The dealerships offering sanitizing are Serra Hyundai in Trussville, Serra Toyota on Center Point Parkway and Serra Toyota of Decatur. Again, anyone is able to take advantage of this free service.
