TRUSSVILLE — The Alabama Food Bank Association and Church of the Highlands will soon begin providing meals for Trussville City Schools.
The school system’s Child Nutrition Program has been offering the meals. It will continue with a pick up on Monday, April 13. From 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., parents can pick up the meals. Parents must sign up by clicking here. This will be the last sign up for meals provided by TCS.
Beginning Wednesday, April 15, the Alabama Food Bank Association and Church of the Highlands will begin providing free meals to Trussville City Schools’ students who are in need of food. The meals can be picked up at Hewitt-Trussville Middle School on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 11 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. No sign up will be required.
