WALKER COUNTY — The Walker County Sheriff’s Office released little information on a homicide investigation on Wednesday, March 25, 2020.
The sheriff’s office posted on its Facebook page that the investigation is underway off Highway 269. The Walker County District Attorney’s Office is also conducting an investigation into the death.
A suspect is in custody and the general public is not believed to be in danger, according to the post.
The Walker County Sheriff’s Office will release more information in a press conference on Facebook live, at 8 a.m. on Thursday, March 26.
