TRUSSVILLE — Dozens showed up Friday night for a soft opening at Taco Mama in Trussville.
General Manager Dave Slone said the restaurant, at 2050 Gadsden Highway, will open to the public on Monday, Nov. 18, 2019.
During the soft opening, guests were able to enjoy a taco bar and drinks, including Taco Mama’s margarita.
Taco Mama started in The Crestline Village in Mountain Brook in 2011. Since then, several locations have been opened in metro Birmingham.
The restaurant prides itself on its “tasty tacos and margaritas.”
Taco Mama was named “Best Family-Friendly Restaurant in 2017” by Birmingham Magazine.
