TRUSSVILLE — The Trussville Police Department is investigating a theft at Finish Line in Pinnacle Square. According to a police report, the theft happened on Friday, Nov. 1, 2019, around 2:10 p.m.
Finish Line provided surveillance images of the people they say were involved in the theft. According to a police report, $945 worth of athletic gear was taken by four people.
The manager of Finish Line said there was one employee on the floor, and one working the register. The report states the group worked together to get the employee to go to the back of the store. While the employee was distracted, they began snatching clothes and ran out of the store.
