BIRMINGHAM — The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a Birmingham man who is wanted after violating the sex offender registration and notification act.
Phillip Earl Allen Jr., 34, is wanted on a felony warrant charging him with violation of the sex offender registration and notification act. His last known address was in the 1000 block Belle Meade, in Birmingham. The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office has not released any details on the crime Allen Jr. is accused of.
He has been wanted as of Friday, Oct. 25, 2019.
