CHELSEA — The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for help with locating a 17-year-old girl who was reported missing on Friday.
Ruth VanValkenburg was last seen in Chelsea around noon, according to the sheriff’s office. VanValkenburg is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds. She has brown eyes and blue hair.
