JEFFERSON COUNTY — The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency has issued a Missing Senior Alert for Louis Jesus Betancourt.
The 76-year-old may be suffering from a condition that could impair his judgment, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.
Betancourt was last seen in Birmingham, around 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2019. He may be traveling in a 2013 red Nissan Altima with license plate number 1CZ9985.
