BIRMINGHAM — Human remains have allegedly been found under a Birmingham home on Monday, according to news reports.
The Birmingham Police Department is investigating a property in the 8500 block of Third Avenue South, CBS 42 reported. According to the news outlet, a contractor was working on the house when the remains were found under the building around 11 a.m. Monday morning.
The home was recently purchased.
The death is unclassified. The investigation is ongoing. No further information has been released.
