DECATUR, Ala. — Hewitt-Trussville cross country returned to action on Saturday, Oct. 12, 2019, as the Huskies traveled north to Decatur to participate in the Dew it on the Trails race hosted by Decatur High School. All 14 girls achieved a personal best, and five girls recorded an all-time personal best.
Overall, the girls finished third as a team. They were paced by Maci Mill’s second place finish in the 5,000 meter run with a time 0f 18:49. The boys placed fourth as a team. They were led by Nathan Knox’s sixth place finish with a time of 16:07.30. Over 20 boys recorded personal all-time bests.
