TRUSSVILLE — Tutwiler Properties, LLC, sold a retail strip center on Gadsden Highway in Trussville, according to Shannon Waltchack, who now manages the property.
Heritage Center, which is located at 1879 Gadsden Highway, sold for $1,875,000. The building has 10,680 square feet of space and includes Mavis Tires, Beauty Systems Group and Oasis Day Spa & Hair Salon.
Shannon Waltcheck broker John M. Hardin represented the buyer.
“I’m excited that I was able to represent my client in securing such a stable investment property in the heart of Trussville,” said Hardin.
