ST. CLAIR COUNTY — Crime Stoppers of Metro Alabama is asking for help locating a man wanted in St. Clair County.
James Ray Rich, of Pell City, is wanted on felony warrants charging him with failure to appear on assault second degree, escape first degree, failure to appear on robbery third degree and failure to appear on destroying state property, according to Crime Stoppers. Rich was wanted as of May 14, 2019, by the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office.
Rich’s last known address was in the 1100 block of Camp Winnataska Road in Pell City.
