TRUSSVILLE – On Tuesday, Oct. 1, the Trussville Police Department will host its sixth annual National Night Out from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. The event will be held in the Target parking lot in Trussville extending to the T.J. Maxx parking area.
National Night Out is a community outreach that helps build relationships between communities and law enforcement. There will be music and kid activities. In addition to festivities, law enforcement provides citizens with safety demonstrations, visits from emergency personnel, and much more.
The first 1,500 guests will get a free hot dog and a drink.
The event is free and everyone is welcome.
