CULLMAN COUNTY — A single-vehicle crash at 1:30 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 15, has claimed the life of a Cullman woman, according to the Alabama State Troopers Office.
“Amy Lachelle Drake, 42, was killed when the Toyota 4-Runner she was driving left the roadway on Cullman County 1545 and struck a tree,” Senior Trooper Chuck Daniel said. “Drake, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was pronounced dead at the scene.”
The crash occurred 5 miles north of Cullman.
No further information is available at this time as ALEA State Troopers continue to investigate.
