Phillip “Phil” Lambert, 72, was born in Columbia, South Carolina, on Oct. 23, 1946, to Henry and Leila Lambert. He passed away on Sept. 9, 2019.
Phillip was a hardworking Christian man who enjoyed tinkering with electronics and watching Alabama football. He served as an electrical service technician for over 40 years before retiring.
Phillip was preceded in death by parents, sister, Brenda Lambert and his loving wife of 31 years, Opal Jeannie Lambert. Phillip is survived by his sons, Paul Lambert (Tracy) and Scott Lambert; his two sisters, Linda Brown and Ruby Sharpe, who passed away shortly after him; his brothers, Harvey Ray Lambert and Arthur Buddy Lee Lambert (Dot); his sixteen grandchildren, Courtney, Joshua, Jacob, Jessica, Matthew, Timothy, Benjamin, Skyler, Emma, Austin, Jonathan, Meredith, Darby, Jackson, Owen and Tobias; five great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
